To keep your children healthy, it is important to bring them in for regular checkups. We recommend that you call our office at least 2 week(s) in advance so you may choose the date that best fits your needs.
At Age
- 2 weeks
- 1 month
- 2 months
- 4 months
- 6 months
- 9 months
- 12 months / 1 year old
- 15 months
- 18 months
- 2 years
- 2 1/2 years old (30 months)
- Once every year, soon after their birthday to age 21
Please check your insurance policy to insure the visit will be covered before you make the appointment. Most insurance policies only cover the visit if it is more than 365 days after the last well care visit.
